Hi guys, im looking to get an artic white a4 q/tip come december. From what i understand for the artic white you now have to pay for the color. Do you have to order a car w/ white or can I get a dealer to find one for me at one of the dealerships around me?
-Thanks!

What I really found when I was shopping was that it was easy to find just about any color. The problem is that its very hard to find cars in particular colors if you want the sport package and the like. The vast majority of A4s they produce are the basic car with the luxury package and maybe a few other options. Very few have the sport package and suprisingly few have the lighting package. Of course this is crazy to us performance people, but it kinda makes sense for normal folk.

Yeah im looking for a b7, forgot to put that in there...

The only options i really want is the luxury package, I want to do the rest of the other mods myself (c/o's, chip, and 19's)...

Has anyone on here had a dealer find them an artic white b7 from another dealer in their area?

Arctic White is more on the rare side, yes. Local dealer here has a few on the lot though. And you shouldn't have to pay extra for it, as it's not a metallic color.

I looked all over for Arctic White, and had to drive a little further to find a dealer that had it in stock. Turns out the dealer I went to said they order more White Audi's than any other dealer.

No, I probably don't know anything you don't but I work for Audi and would sell you the car for a tiny bit over my cost...

This applies to any car for a fellow AZ-er!

The arctic whites look so sweet, especially with the vavona wood trim inside. That is one nice combo.

Anyone leased a car and had it shipped thru the dealer? Im looking into the option of leasing an A4 in the northeast and having it shipped to socal. If the price is good, is it worth to ship?

Thanks

My dealer found my AW in Las Vegas and had it shipped to Los Angeles. We split the shipping cost of $800.

Probably better to buy it in LA and then have the dealer ship it in. That way, if there are any damages in transit, the dealer is responsible. My nav screen had a large scratch on it when it was delivered, I pointed it out and they had to replace the entire unit. This also goes for any nicks and dings the car may endure while its being shipped over. Also, covered shipping from Boston will likely be over $1000.

Do you mean nagotiate terms of the lease and price, and then have them locate the car I want? Or the other way around?

Thanks,
Ryan

Usually price is less negotiable unless the car is already on the lot. Either way, if your planning to move out to LA, I'd probably wait until you get out here. Unless you get an unbelieveable deal in the Boston area (essentially an extra $1000 off that you can use to ship the car over).

Has anyone on here ver worked with mission viejo audi? Or any other dealers down in the south orange county area? Also this will be my first lease ever so i dont want to get screwed!
1. Anyone have any tips for me when negotiating a lease?
2. I heard that it is better to negotiate with the sales MANAGER other then any other sales person, is this true?
3. Should I give them a week or two to get the car I want onto the lot before i even begin negotiations? Heard it works in your favor when the can is physically on the lot.

Thanks!

I picked mine up at Hoehn Audi in Carlsbad and I had a pretty good experience with them. Also from what I've found it should be alot easier to find an arctic white with TIP than w/a 6spd. I had to order mine.

Thats why I snatched up my white wagon. I wanted white or blue with sline package. Its missing some of the stuff I was considering, NAV, HID, Bose but I got what was most important to me. Avant, sline and easy to take care of white!
