I feel like most people here in regionals are here bc they need/need help with a VCDS Hex-Can cable. H-town(Houston) folks, feel free to use this forum for any questions or favors related to VCDS cables. Anyone on the north side with a VAG-COM scan tool? I have a guy that is willing to do it for $40 if I drive out to Sugarland (30 miles). Not optimal since the car has a sporadic "no crank" issue I am trying to solve.

I might need a cable to reset my UMTS modem after upgrading my HDD > SSD it decided to disable the SIM for some reason. Trying to avoid dealing with the Dealer since this is likely out of their scope of being "helpful" vs writing a $ervice order to fix it with a 2 second script that could be run to reactivate it.
