Need help choosing winter wheel for 2016 S6.

Hi - need help confirming whether the wheels below will have the proper fitment for my 2016 S6. I currently have the 20" summer tires that came with the black optics package, but would like to step down to 19" to get a larger sidewall and possibly less pothole, curb damage over the winter.

Has anyone tried these or know whether they'd fit over the large S6 calipers?

I've tried TireRack (because they guarantee fitment) but unfortunately they don't carry Hartmann or RTX wheels, which are the only ones that I've found carry this replica wheel design. RTX does suggest these will fit the 2015 S6, so I'm pretty confident they'll fit. But it would be nice to hear from someone that's running them.

For tires, I'm considering the Nokian Hakkapolita 8 (with studs) - 255 40R19. The studs will lead to a bit of extra road noise, but apparently the studded Hakk 8's have no equal when it comes to traction on ice and snow.

Are you wanting to get the wheels from TireRack as well so you don't have to take them somewhere to get mounted and balanced? I would order the wheels separately and have them both sent to a local shop.

Unfortunately, TireRack doesn't carry either Nokian tires or RTX wheels. In fact, it appears that Nokian does not sell online at all - so I'll source the Nokian Hakk 8's at a local tire shop. If I can get confirmation that the RTX wheel is a fit for the S6, I'll buy those online and have the wheel's sent to the local installer.

I suggest you contact Simply Tire in Toronto - www.simplytire.com. Allen the owner is an absolutely great guy and he sponsors many of the local car club tire forums. It's the kind of place you can send your wife/girlfriend to by themselves without fear of them getting ripped off. I have bought from him many times.

vprs7 bought his winter tires and rims from Allen and if you search you will see they are the same style rim you are looking for but in 20". While Allen is not a Nokian dealer he can get just about any tire you want and as far as I know he will ship.

I HAD an a6 prestige with BO 20" love those wheels.

I also ordered 18" black rotor wheels with blizzaks from a sponsor her ECS Tuning. They fit fine on mine and I had the large azz calipers. My rec would be contact them. They were great. I'm hopefully going to be able to reuse them on my 2016 A7 I just purchased but I'm waiting on an email response from them to confirm
