Has anybody had an issue with their Xenons shuttering during driving? I notice while I'm driving, especially on the freeways, I can see the one of the lamps shuttering after going over a imperfection on the road. Is there a quick fix or do I need to go to dealer?

Normal, happens when I'm going over railroad tracks, massive potholes, etc.

Serious? It just doesn't seem right.

If you mean vibrating, it is only because the newer Xenons have a very precise cutoff so you can see them vibrating more than an old style or a halogen. cheers! Mike

I too have heard of this, also some B7 owners are having issues with their autoleveling not working properly. I hope this is fixed on the 06's.

hehe jkjk...
maybe they'll have a fix for it.... check with the dealer asap as it seems like you're not the only one having issues with them!

Two months later, due to ordering time, I finally got my xenon housings replaced. The shuttering is gone and the problem is solved. The only complaints I have is that the damn tech took 6+ hours and he didn't even align the low beams. The driver’s side was 6+ inches higher than the passenger side! Anyway, if you have the same issue, I suggest getting the housings replaced.

I don't have this shuddering problem and drive over bumpy railroad tracks to and from home everyday - so I don't think it's normal.
