AMI cables for A3 8P (UK based)

Hi guys,

First time poster so please go easy!

This weekend I retrofitted AMI to my 2006 A3. The module p/n is 8P0 035 785. It has previously been fitted with Mk2 RNS-E "MEDIA" from factory Symphony II.

I have an iPhone 6 I want to link to the AMI. I bought a genuine 4F0 051 510 AF. (This is a twin pack with 4F0 051 510 AD lighting connector and a USB connector.)

It has all been coded correctly and the USB connector works perfectly, but the lighting connector doesn't work. As soon as I plug it in the RNS-E says "not supported".

Have I got the wrong cable or is there something else wrong?

RESOLVED: 4F0 051 510 AF is a twin pack which contains 4F0 051 510 AD for iPhones. This is for MMI, not RNS-E.

The correct cable for my car is 4F0 051 510 AC.
