I use a black bungee cord through the metal floor grommets.

I used a black rubber cargo strap type thing. Hooked one side to the right forward cargo loop and the other to the rear seat pivot bracket. Works great.

use a thin, wide, flexible plastic spatula to break the connection between the velcro and carpet.

I went to home depot and bought some L brackets then screwed them into the floor. Turned out and looks great!! Im so suprised how my setup turned out with my stock head unit. And i just spliced into the rear speaker wires!

I put the l brackets on the front of the box because last time when I put them in the rear I hit a fuel pump line or something. I didnt hit anything it just drilled through the board and probably into the tire well. but it holds very well.

under the floor is the spare, under that is the gas tank... be careful what you screw into, many have made that mistake

i used little brass 1" L brackets, holding it at the top...
