Weird turbo noise after rebuild/ 1.8t oil pump

So after fully rebuilding my engine i have an 06a oil pump. On the first start it ran for a second and as the turbo came up to speed and then the turbo began to make a screeching noise. It sounds as if the bearing isnt getting enough oil pressure to float the shaft. I am running royal purple break in oil. The bottle says 10w30 but also says multi viscosity. I took the turbo back off and had it rebuilt and still have the noise. Flushed the feed line. I dont know what to next.
