Okay, so I cheaped out on the conversion when swapping out my SII for an SII+ by buying the RNS-e adapter harness and juggling a couple of wires. Below are a few of the posts I used to guide me...

So, not too much of a hassle and everything seems to be working fine except for one small thing. When I turn the ignition off and pull the key while playing an mp3 CD, the next time I get in the car the HU has forgotten the track number and always starts the CD from the first track, not where it left off. I can only think that this has something to do with the way power is removed and applied. In accordance with the threads above (and the pic below), I bridged D15 to D16 as both need power. However, the fact that they are on different pins leads me to believe they need a different feed, maybe one should be switched and the other permanent?

Has anyone else experienced this and if so, what's the solution? Should the D16 be taken from elsewhere?

This is because the memory wire is not hooked up properly. I ended up running a seperate one because it drove me crazy. Does your clock reset also?

The clock on the radio? I didn't notice one. My regular display clock is fine.

Which is the memory wire? I'm assuming this requires a non-switched +ve feed?

The odd thing that I've noticed over the last few days is that sometimes it remembers, sometimes it forgets, no rhyme nor reason. I tried turning the radio off before the car and that make no difference. Guess I'll just have to learn to live with it...?
