Last season I went and was between 13.2-13.5 at 103-105 MPH. Went out last night for the first time this season to Maple Grove. Temp was around 75 or so, humidity was fairly high. Times were in the 12.75-12.8 range, trap speed 107.5 or so. Was hoping for 110 range trap speed, but there was a .5 second improvement on the times from last season at least. I have the DSG tune also, and noticed the 1-2 shift was in the 6800 RPM range. No launch control. Traction off. Starts felt pretty good too, gripped well at the start. 60' coulda been a little better, but not sure what else I could really do. Cannot use the LC, but the launch did feel very quick. Ran the DA calculator and it was 1500 last night.

Edit. Just saw my BEST time before the tune was 13.188 @ 104.6. 60' was 1.935 that run. So looks like I shaved about .50 off the time and added 3 MPH. That sound about right for Stage 1?

Nice improvement. How do you like the giac tune? Looking to do that tune as well and I'm wondering if there's any driveability issues?

I like it a lot so far. Driveabilty is fine, zero issues. Definitely a bump up from stock a the numbers show. Still wanted higher trap speeds though. DA was in the 1000-1200 range last night too.

I think the trap speed is ok for the DA I would like to see that 60' come down.

Yup sounds like you are making good stage 1 power. I picked up about .5 sec and 6mph in trap with the chipwerke which is basically stage 1 too. Enjoy the power.

Why didn't you use launch control? Do you think you can shave off more from the 60ft times?

Physical issue. Cannot hold brake and gas at same time for the LC.

Very nice times. I really need to load up the Stage 1 tune on our Project S4 [race]

Gotcha - you definitely have a fast car then. Nice time!

The week before I ran 12.91 @ 109.91 at Cecil. That was with a 2.05 60'. Giac stg1, no dsg tune, awe exhaust.

Your trap speed is what I was hoping for. I was happy with my 12.75 time, down almost .50 from before, but was hoping for 109-110 trap like you got. I have read Cecil is a fast track though too which may have helped. Not going back to the track til the end of the season, maybe in September when nights are in the 50-60 degree range and low humidity.
