Exterior B pillar removal

Some how I took a rock to the passenger side window and it deflected off right into my front glossy exterior B pillar. It chipped the glass then shattered the edge of the pillar. I have searched and can't seem to find a way to remove this piece. I don't want to start pulling on it until I know which way to go. I found a new one for 93$ and want to replace this soon. Any help would be appreciated.

Order the new one and it should help you figure out how to replace that.
