Have read that this is possible, and that others have done it, but no one a link to proof...
Anyone have that?

I've also read that its possible if you have a phone that has rSAP capabilities.

If you want to hunt around for it I do believe there is a thread somewhere - perhaps on AudiWorld or one of the other forums. It may not be in a B8 S4 thread. I'm skeptical of the capability / effort involved in getting it to work. Also, even with a faster 4G connection, I think MMI speed may be limited by the car's slow software. I just spend $5-$10/ mo. to use a prepaid Ptel SIM.

The only issue is that if you keep your car until 2017, AT&T will be sun-setting it's 2G network and I believe Tmo will be losing some of it's 3G connectivity.
