There is absolutely nothing wrong with the front-trak.
If I live in a place where it snows, then I'll buy a quattro!

I know there are a few people who have modded their 05.5's which are essentialy the same exact car. I will be ordering suspension today or tommorow, i'll post pics when everything is done.

Dang boys, simmer down. And like ECA4 said there are a few people on here with modded 05.5s (also B7s).

When I get mine next month I'll be doing suspension, 19" wheels, tint, and software right off the bat. Then looking forward to an exhaust, brakes, and turbo upgrade. [wrench][up]

You dont need to live where it snows to own Quattro. There are still MANY benifits to Quattro on dry pavement. It just makes a better car. You do live where it rains though , right ?
Btw , you B7 is not going to be very mod friendly with FWD and a CVT.

no i dont get pulled over. here in sd, its not as strict as LA is at all....in LA ive been pulled over in my ML. The dealer didnt charge to install it, but i did havto pay for the part.. it was aboutg 100 bux

Before you lock it though...

FWD and CVT are not as good as a quattro, but how often do you use it if you're not in the snow?

I have a quattro and I don't do the driving of a maniac to totally use the system, but it's great to have it.

If someone didn't buy it... I don' t think it's good to put them down, on the other hand though, words like "moron" and "another moron" do not help becuase you are in the audi enthusiastic crowd... and with that CVT... you'll get some replies like that...

According to Audi the B7 A4 FrontTrak with CVT is the same 0-60 as the quattro with 6 speed manual.
