I have a 2007 a4 Quattro and found a set of b8 s4 rims 18 inch for pretty reasonable and i am thinking of upgrading. I currently have 17 split spokes and wondering what i need to do or if its even possible.

You will need to buy hub centric rings, 66.6mm OD to 57.1mm ID, and you are good to go.

Will the car look to high?

Any stock suspension is a yes because it looks too high with stock wheels period. Lol

The B8 18" wheels are hideous. The 19" peelers, on the other hand, look fantastic on B7s.

I think those 18's look lovely on what looks to be a lowered avant. On the b8 not so much... I also think the peelers better suit the b6 body.

I agree 100%

I do. As long as your tires are proper size it shouldn't sit any higher.

I honestly can't believe no one has hammered your ass yet. But as you are only 1 day old on the forum, I'll be nice. Use the search feature, educate yourself. Most anything you want to know has been covered many, many times in the past. For wheels (not rims) this is a good place to start - http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php/513869-The-Official-B7-Stance-Thread?highlight=fitment

For the price you should also look at Alzor reps
