Rough idle once it warms to normal temp and if reved over 2k rmp, somenkind of light knocking noise, oil is fine and tune up and full fuel system from hpfp to lpfp is all from ecs tuning...

I haven't done TB yet, everything was fine and running smooth until one day i accelerated from gear 3 to 4 and it died on me completely on the roads, then low oil light was on and oil was still new and good in there, and it'd been parked ever since... Now it turns on nicely, until it warms up then engine rmp goes slightly up and down on idle and you can feel the car shaking because of the rough idle, so buddy scanned it for me, and that fuel control module is changed to brand new, but the p0016 is new

Well at 132k you should have done that a long time ago. Hopefully it only jumped 1 tooth and you didn't mess up any valves. Have you even checked your cam follower?

Guess it wasn't the Speed sensor... i haven't really turned it on after the first problem, charged the battery, it started after the SS install and here's what i'm looking at now, i made a small youtube video:
