Hey all,

Is it normal for the coolant in the reservior to be throthing? I opened it up today after driving and it was full of throth, after about 1 min it looked like this:

Any ideas if this is normal?

Thanks
Rob

WTF is "throthing"? Do you mean "frothing"?

Looks like a nice brew under the hood.
I have no value to add here - air is in the system?

I would guess air in the system or a weak mix of water and coolant concentrate.

Yep likely air in the system... do you have the auxiliary pump? If so start the car and squeeze the feed line to the blower (in front and above the pulley) and you can easily feel if there is air in in the system or if the fluid is flowing in a solid stream.

We're here to help, two questions:

What is your coolant to water ratio?

Have you bled the system yet?
