So for a while, when I open my drivers door my display in the instrument cluster displays the passenger door is open and visa versa. I definitely no its is something to do with messing with vag alterations since it started when my friend (whom is no longer in the equation ) messed with it to get the roll up windows via key fob.
However, I just installed bi xenon and had to code them. So I found a guy that knew his ish via vag com to code in my xenon's and thought he will for sure be able to figure it out. I was wrong he did not understand why it was doing that. He however did give me my log file (dont have the original log file before my friend messed up my car [emoji20]) , so if anyone has any advise, get at me pleaseeee.

Sounds like Central Convenience Module (#46) got modified to be Right Hand Drive rather than Left Hand Drive; subtract 128 from the current coding value and see if that fixes things.
That sounds like the right move to me

I have the same exact problem like DanKing ever since I disabled the seatbelt + door chime. The remote window up/down was working fine prior to disabling the warning chime. The passenger door displaying on the DIS when opening the driver side is due to changing the country code. Didn't notice mine until after I disabled the side indicator with low beam. Going to double check the codings right now so I'll keep you posted.

Anytime you get an error while trying to connect to a module, I would start by checking the wiring leading to/from that particular module. VCDS is only useful if it can communicate with the module to return info and it needs solid electrical connections to achieve that.
