So I know it's been posted on every forum 2 billion times, but I can't get a straight answer.

No oil in intercooler piping. Elring valve seals with like 5k. Grant piston rings 5k. Comp turbo 10k journal. Seems to be a quart every 2 weeks.

At idle it slowly billows out. Under boost I don't notice anything. Deceleration nothing. When I turn my cabin air on it smells like oil pretty bad, but not leaking under the car anywhere.

White/blue smoke looks like head gasket. Coolant levels? Compression/leakdown test?

Coolant is always fairly low, but that's due to a really shitty coolant flange. Hasn't overheated. I can do a compression test later. I haven't since the rebuild. It's blue smoke. Not really white I think that's just the video.

The first time I flashed with a maestro basefile it was like the video times ten. I think it was unburnt gas because once I lowered main fuel correction down a lot it went away. Has anyone experienced that? I'm usually at 14-15afr, so I doubt that's my current situation.

I have nothing to contribute, I just want to say your car does not sound like a VAG 1.8t. it sounds like a vacuum cleaner to me lol

I also have nothing to contribute. This is one of the related to that videos.

My vote is turbo related.

I make a hundred $$'s from that tractor video every 2 months, so watch it! :) like 40 times. As for a vacuum cleaner idk.. It could be the video. My phones kind of a piece of junk.

Any idea if oil drain issues would do that? I'm gonna pull it off and find out either way to check for blockage, but maybe not enough angle.... It has the stock lower oil drain hose on it with a 3/4th's or 5/8ths adapter. I'll have to measure it.

I don't think it always sounds like a vacuum cleaner :p

My vote is turbo related.

I too think this is turbo related, remember good old days when my car used to consume 1 quart every 400 miles or so with a bad turbo.[:d]
