Car feels more bouncy in 20 degree and below, it may also be the road imperfections are magnified by the weather and ice and Salt on the roads

Ice heaves in the road can cause a more uneven surface as well. If there's already a bump or crease in the asphalt, ice heaves can cause it to become worse.

should feel stiffer and more jarring hitting bumps, but if it's "bouncy "I'd also encourage you to check your tire inflation.

Tires get hard as hockey pucks in this weather too. They will def not absorb bumps like they would in warmer weather.

Fluid filled shocks get stiffer in cold temps. Much like your oil will thicken up when its super cold. Anything things thats rubber will be stiffer too. My 5pd gear box and clutch pedal on cold days in my B6 A4 is like molasses.

I wouldn't worry about it much.

It's especially noticeable with my aftermarket coilovers. The ride quality is noticeably worse in very cold temperatures. After ~1 hour of driving, even in cold ambient temp, the ride feels softer. I suppose as the dampers oscillate the fluid inside heats up which makes it less viscous, resulting in less stiffness. My clutch pedal also feels "gummy" for the first ~15 minutes of driving on very cold mornings like today.

I was gonna say im suprised no one with coilovers chimed in.

Those things feel like tanks in freezing temps.

My ST's feel slightly stiffer than normal when it gets really cold out.
