Quick help: mmi radio frozen

I got in my car, turned it on, clicked TEL, and the MMI completely froze.

Even when I turn the car off, and exit and exit the vehicle and lock it, it still stays on and plays music.

Is there a reset button? Any advice on how to proceed?
