Truphone setup help

Hey everyone, I have tried searching for an awnser but still cannot find a fix to my problem. I just bought the truphone sim card for my car and am trying to get the settings right in MMI. I typed in truphone.com in the apn field and it seemed to work and load google maps for a little bit. Now it will not update google maps or use any of the audi connect services. Is there something that I am missing about the setup for the SIM card?

Google maps could be sucking a lot of data, not sure what your allotment is. Double check that the apn settings are still in tact. I'll double check what mine is set to when I get the chance. Whenever I have issues, I usually solve them with a quick google search.

The thing I never figured out is how to get it to constantly stay on 3G, rather than most times moving to AT&T 2G.

It only used 1 MB of data and then stopped working so running out of data should not be the problem
