Bourbon County Stout 4 VAGCOM assist

Hey guys, il make this short and sweet. I have a bourbon county stout and another 12 pack of whatever you like if you can help me with accessing the hidden MMI menu on my 2010 S4. Im new the VAG vehicles and wouldn't know how to do this myself, nor do i have the cable and software. I have read that i can also assess drive select through the mmi system without having the buttons. This along with adjusting a few things would be great with some help. If you have already done this and don't agree with it, your thoughts would also be appreciated.
