I know, wrong place, but its giving me issues posting in the classifieds. I have a large port i could trade someone or sell if anyone is interested in it. i replaced the o rings on all the injectors and am still having fuel sit in the seats so the next step is new injector seats, but i want to have another manifold so i can just swap it out and not be with out the car for hours. Let me know what you have!!!

What cylinder head do you have? Go a little larger on the o ring size to see if it helps. What o rings did you use?

I have a small port AWM manifold from an 03ish passat, needs injector seats.

It's an AWM 01. I used the o rings that ECS has for my car.

swapping injector cups will take like an extra 10 minutes.
Putting them onto a new intake manifold will save you no time.

I've taken injector seats out of the big port I have. Took me 2 hours to take them out fully. Not ten mins. How do you take them out?

x2 it was super simple.
Cleaned the threads up with a wire cone i have and got ready for blasting.
does the small port have a different design?

Small port is twenty-something mm hex bit. Not quite sure, but same exact concept.

Nothing. They get brittle. I am very much so on the fence about these. Price is a tad steep, but may actually save money over time

I thought about doing these but that a lot of money for something I prolly won't have to change again for another 100k miles. What's the cup install kit that you can add on to them?

install kit is just a metal brush to clean out the threads, probably thread sealant, and a tool to remove and replace the cups. Since any self respecting member should have all those things handy anyways, the "install kit" is rather unnecessary.

install kit is also the 17mm hex that you need
i will be spending the 60 bucks on injector cups when i do my rebuild.
For the money, its worth it to not have to ever worry about mine cracking etc

I found a billit aluminium kit on ebay for 65 shipped might go that route.
