So replaced most if not all of the vac. lines on the car today, but i noticed there is still a leak cause i was spraying hoses down with brake clean and every time i sort of drenched the 3 way rubber fitting that goes from the brae booster line and so forth into the green check valve idle would go up and down but took the part off pressurized it no problem so i think its the part that the top hose goes into above the green check valve. But everytime i spray the part don with the maf unplugged no difffrence and it runs better and holds idled instead of bouncing to 700 and 600 rpms but it sounds like this video either way, not my video!!!

CEL? Bouncing from 700-600RPM is normal. My 12v does it from time to time. Nothing to worry about. Also, those lines don't look clamped down. I would tighten them up with clamps to see if it helps. You may have a slight sealing issue.

Also, that hissing in the video is more indicative of your climate control/heat settings. I've noticed with the heat/AC on, the car will hiss like that.
