There is only one option I am aware of, Spec Wheels in Denver. It's something like $100 a wheel for powder coating. They did a good job on my wheels, one day turn around.

Alright well I guess I'll check them out. One day turnaround sounds nice [up]

Mile High quoted me $75 a wheel and offers a lengthy warranty.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys! I think I'll end up going with either Pristine or Mile High since they're the closest shops to me

Weatridge has a powdercoater located near 3 Zero 3.

I have used them many times and they charge about $80 per wheel depending on color/finish etc.

Just a few of the coatings we do: Dry film Lubricant, thermal barrier,. Stenceled powdercoating, exhaust coatings and more. ... Wheat Ridge, Colorado 80033.

Secret secrets. I was just looking for a place ahead of time to get the valve covers and maybe new wheels done. Won't actually do it for the next few months though

Do you think they would powder coat a valve cover?

I'm sure they would. Though there are some minor stipulations for some. For example, my s4 has magnesium valve covers so they can't handle being sand blasted. Instead they'd have to get glass blasted before powder coating which is something I'd just let them know before hand. Idk what the 1.8t a4's had as their valve cover material. Some of the b7 s4's use plastic ones which would negate powder coating.

I use Mile High. Laurel is the nice lady at the front desk. Super friendly

Do you think any of them would sand and fill wheels? Or be knowledgeable enough to take off a valve cover?
