If you want mild whine and great looks, full APR Carbonio or AWE's S-FLO seems to be the way to go.
If you want the most HP and whine, an open air element seems to be the way to go. Roc-Euro or similar.
If your on a budget, EuroCode's TRUFit seems like a good choice.

You can do it but you will need a heat shield.

where do you put the shield exactly?
Same place as the one that comes with roc euro/cts intakes. Can't be hard to make/fabricate. U will also need that small SAI breather filter cap for the air hose.
