Hi there, does anyone know what the MF, residual numbers are for Audi models at the moment?
Also, if one payment/prepay rates are known - that info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

36/12: .00098 MF and 54% residual
42/12: .00118 MF and 50% residual
Premium Plus model residuals are 3% higher; add 1% to residual for 10K miles per year instead of 12K; add 1% to residual for AudiCare purchased at time of lease inception.

Thank you very much, do you happen to know about prepaid/one pay option?
Also the same info but about sq5?
Thank in advance!

If your looking to lease an S4 you will have to wait till audi comes out with a lease off for the S4 specifically. If not the rate's will be terrible for the S4. They don't lease very well without some offer. This was what i was told when i was looking to get mine.

got it, thank you.
a bit off topic, but:
i actually already have an '13 s4, bought out, looking for a bit more utility with second kid on the way as our usage pattern has changed, hence the question about sq5.
our family is growing and while s4 is still awesome (dynamic dampers definitely make 'comfort' mode more comfortable) for the sake of convenience having more backseat room would help a lot.
right now i just drive my daughter for drop offs/pick ups (the rest in my wife's mdx), however with the second kid the "duties" will be expanded and all the extra stuff will be hauled around. by no means is this not possible with s4, just slightly less convenient.
thanks

unless you got plenty of money and can keep the S4 get the SQ5. If not just get a beater SUV so you can keep the S4 I have an S4 14 a beater honda and a 06 explorer and its nice. I don't have to worry about fitting stuff in the audi when i have the explorer.

thanks, the issue is that needs are fairly random, we already have 2 cars, 3 is not practical, plus i want something safe.
as blasphemous as this will sound - i'm willing to trade compromises of sq5 for convenience that it would offer over s4. (i also realize how much of first-world problem this is)

i gotcha no room for a 3rd car i take it. 3 cars are nice because you can have a play toy. i kinda have 4 with my company car too lol. But i would just go to the dealer and ask them how the lease's are on the SQ5 if thats what you want to do. just make sure the MF is still the same and all the details about it.

What is the actual dollar amount the Audi s4 lease for... Typically well equipped "plus" and "prestige".
Working on a current deal on a 2015 and would like to see how good/bad it is.

Have you looked at the SQ5 in person? Honestly if you're looking to get more backseat room I'm not sure the SQ5 is really worth the trade. Since you already have the MDX, you can use that for family trips when you need all the baby equipment. My S4 is my daily and I have two young kids; it works great for me. Granted, my husband drives the Jeep and we have a GL for family trips/hauling so we have 3 cars to choose from. Having said that, the GL is a garage queen and I rarely switch out for the S4 even though I drive both kids to daycare/school.
This is why we need avants!! See what I did there? Avant thread again [:p]
Seriously though you may decide it's just not worth the swap once you take a look at it, since you already have the MDX.

I have, and driven it as well. Not a huge amount of additional legroom in the back, but about 2-3", however there is more head/standing room which is nice.
Avant wouldn't have solved this piece. I drove an allroad loaner the shape of the trunk/lid is too impractical (which is the trend these days among most automakers) and no difference in rear seat amenities. I think a 5-door s5 (which I think is what sq5 is based on) would've worked. It has all the room I need (except headroom). I would've gladly bought it if it were possible in US.

Its hard to give you a number. Its all factored on what incentives they are offering and what type of car your getting with what options. What is the dollar amount that they are telling you for your lease payment. People can say what they are paying for their lease payment is all. Thats the only comparison you will be able to do.

Working on a current deal on a 2015 and would like to see how good/bad it is.There are too many factors involved in negotiating and calculating a monthly lease payment to answer that question. If you have never leased before I strongly suggest you familiarize yourself with the process and the variables that factor into the bottom line: forums.edmunds.com

When I was looking in 2013, Audi seems to drive their residuals based on the current month vs car model year. In short, 2013 models in 2013 kept going up in residual % until the 2014s began to appear in July/August of 2013, peaking in the mid-upper 50s for an S4. The 2014 #s in August of 2013 were terrible, like 50% as you see above. So if you're going to lease and you intend to return the car or lower your monthly payment, you need to look at 2014 now. Otherwise you're paying a bit more for the 2015.
Audi in general seems to make the owner carry a bit of equity at the end of the lease term so you either take a hit for a few thou or buy the car out. It's for this reason I just bought my S5 as the used market seems to be pretty decent. My own cost vs lease should be at least $100/mo less when I sell it.
