I know these are basic questions, but I can't seem to get the answer.

I have my iPhone6 connected via Bluetooth to my car. How do I (or can I):

1. Have a phone directory that's not pulled in to the car automatically? I don't need all 300 contacts in my phone accessible through the car. It makes scrolling for a name cumbersome. I just need about 10-15 contacts, that I'm happy to add manually, but I need my phone connected via Bluetooth as normal.
2. Is there a way to also create a favorites list for my navigation without simply adding it to the massive amount pulled in from my phone? I just want an 'in car' address book. Again, not the 300 I have in my phone.
3. Is there a way of importing pictures to the contact list? Seems like there is a spot for a picture to be assigned to a contact, but it doesn't pull it from the phone.
4. What can you put on an SD card to use/view through the MMI? Now I just use it for music, but I was told you can view movies (I have no idea how), pictures, etc. Is that true?!
5. Lastly, no way of being alerted to a text or email via the MMI, right? I know, wishing for too much. Seems like Audi should integrate better with an iPhone. Does it do more when it's connected via the cable and not just Bluetooth?

Sorry for the newbie questions, but Audi has the worst instructions when you want detailed how-to answers.

On a side note, 150 miles more until my APR tune. Can't wait.

I have an android.. so.. results may vary.

1) I'm pretty sure you can specify in the contact settings to not pull from bluetooth. I'm not near the car to get the specifics but pretty sure I've seen an option for it.
2) I think this ties in above.. if you have address' attached to your in car contacts it would keep them.. if no contacts pulled in.. no extra address'
3) Not on my 2014 maybe newer mmi?
4) I don't recall seeing options for Movie/Picture playback anywhere.
5) If you're in bluetooth audio mode and your phone makes a sound... it interupts your music. Otherwise.. not on my 2014.

Maybe some help? :(

You can add favorites to the nav. It should be all the way to the right on the nav menu if I recall. I think it limits you to 20 or so.

I "think"
You can copy contacts to car, one by one, then select do not sync.
No, you cannot have contact pictures, agreed seems silly there is a place for them.
