I Finally pulled the trigger on a CPO 2014 with 1600 miles on it. I had to go DSG as i just had a ankle replacement due to a 85 year old hit me straight on the wrong way with her BIG Suburban, so im still under recovery after 3 surgeries and cant do the clutch right now (cry).

Plan on getting some mods in just ordered everything.
alu kreuz, rock euro intake, GIAC stage 2 + DSG tune untill APR comes out with STAGE 3 in 2 weeks lmao!!!

you will quickly learn to love the DSG, I have only owed MT cars since my first Volvo in 1968. The DSG is amazing. I do not regret the choice I made NOT to order 6mt.I was on an extended test drive, longer than expected as the VP of US was in the area and or short 3 mile loop became a 20 test drive. By mile 16 I had had it with the MT car,it was not quiet. I borrowed a DSG for the weekend and loved it. It is fast quiet, no stress driving with all the control you could ever want/I do not even use the paddles. just the gas pedal. do not have any regrets, driving a MT car is no longer required to get performance. go to; motor week .com see their review of 2013 s4 with DSG and 2013 S5 with MT.

probably the best you could ever due would be around 2K for stage 2 and DSG and thats onsale. I keep asking them about a package deal and get no response on it.

Congrats on the car!! Looks sweet. Please write your review on stage 3 once its installed. How long are you expecting before you get a review up? Maybe 2 weeks?

I think its less than 2 weeks now, Arin just made a post in the thread not too long ago that it would be done in 2 weeks

I actually went there to order my 2015 walk out with that one. Paid 44k they told me it was listed wrong but still honored but had i put in a fight.

Paid 16k less then the new one 1596 on the clock, with a cpo warranty i couldn't pass.

Umm yea I wouldn't of walked out without the keys as well. That's a super steal. And you have warranty for 6yr or 100K also or is it 7yr I cant remember. That's like the best option you can have. Warranty until 2020 or 2021 that's BA

I'm sure it's already been discussed elsewhere, but since you just went through the process, what is the benefit of CPO? I believed I was offered it but at a cost.

6yrs from the day of first purchase, since the car was a demo and the dealer never requested the title under their name until the day i bought it, i have 6yrs from the day i got it so i have warranty till 12/06/2020.

The benefit of CPO breaks down like this after 4 yrs/50k miles new car warranty expires (no deductible), Then the CPO warranty takes place for 2 years 50k miles with a 85 dolars deductible.

So a total of 6 yrs 100k miles

The in-service date is 12/06/2014? That's like an extra 18 months of standard warranty! That makes the deal even better.

That's awesome. Congrats on the new car.

Looks like I'm going to have to go down to Danbury Audi for my next purchase. I bought my current '13 from Fathers and Sons in Springfield, MA and usually have my car serviced at Hoffman in East Hartford or Valenti in Watertown. Haven't been really pleased with either of those service departments or when i was shopping for the car. that's why I went all the way up to Springfield.

If it wasn't an hour drive each way I definitely would. Hoffman and Valenti are about 20 min away so it's much easier to get to those during the day.

I bought my 2015 at Hoffman, prices at Father & sons Springfield were not so good. Having bouught a BMw in springfield 15 years ago and having it serviced in Springfield, I am happy to change 10 miles to dealer ship Hoffman vs 35 miles Gengras BMW. More happy to change to S4.

I ran into the complete opposite with Hoffman. I had bought my previous car from them (2008 Porsche Cayenne S) and went to trade it back into them for the S4. They weren't willing to budge the least amount on the S4. And they really lowballed me on my Cayenne and wouldn't budge on that either.

So I called Fathers and Sons (never even went in) and they basically got me a car over the phone and for close to the price i wanted. I went up there and haggled a little more and ended up signing the papers with them. They were great to deal with and will definitely give them a shot at my business with my next car purchase. Hoffman probaly won't.

Why pay extra for the CPO when you'll void the warrantee?

Why pay extra for the CPO when you'll void the warrantee?

CPO is not the same as purchasing extended warranty

Certified Pre Owned warranty is offered included with the car.
TD1 doenst "Void" the whole warranty, it means they can deny some powertrain warranty work related to the tune.
