Anyone know if any vendors offer military discounts?

FrankenTurbo does, I haven't come across anyone else yet unfortunately. None of the big ones do (034, ECS, NGP, etc.) that I've found

Devils Own does as well. Most of the large part sites do not, but some of the specialized small companies do (yet another great reason to support small business). I recommend contacting the company prior to purchase regardless of past knowledge of military discounts. The more we ask the more likely the company may realize they could grasp another group of loyal buyers.

Seriously? Wow, I would have thought there would be more! I get some good discounts at my local Partsource, but they don't have the selection/quality of parts larger sites do.

Anyone else have input?

Maybe if you told them you were Marine Corps instead of Army [;)]

Kidding, kidding... [up]

Agreed with S-Liner. 8yrs in the Coast Guard here. I recommend listening to stories from people who are in, the good and bad. One person will have a different experience than the next so ask more than one person.

I'm 19 and I've got about over two years in the Canadian Forces. My advice to you is that Basic and your Soldier Quals are all mental toughness and impossible time management. It gets better once you're with your home unit and out of PAT platoon.

Excellent! Thanks Chris!

I enlisted into USMC when I was 21. Cutoff used to be 36. Depends on what branch you're looking to get into. That will dictate the prerequisites you will require or need to shoot for.
