Loads of them pull up. This is for left hand http://car-part.com/cgi-bin/search.cgi?userSearch=int&userPID=1000&userLocation=All+States&userIMS=&userInterchange=BFBD%3F&userSide=&userDate=2001&userDate2=2001&dbModel=6.7.1.1&userModel=Audi%20A4&dbPart=513.4&userPart=Rear%20Suspension%20Locating%20Arm&sessionID=600000000000000000270426978&userPreference=zip&userZip=48088&userLat=42.5149&userLong=-82.9828&userIntSelect=82804&userUID=0&userBroker=&userPage=1&iKey=

Edit- That is the control arm but at least you know who has parts. Just call them and ask for the whole unit. They'll have it.

You won't find a listing for it on car-part, I've tried before. Gonna have to call junkyards like redline said.

Apparently the facelift ones got a different part number, but this is for pre-facelift.

right- 8A0505428G
left- 8A0505427G

If you drop the "g" from the pn, you have the facelift numbers. I would imagine they are interchangeable.

cool man one more question, you think that uright is the same as a b5 passat facelift and prefaclift? theres an a4 at the junk yard i can pull but has a broken wheel stud in there and there are 2 awd passats in their as well

Another tip- go to genuineaudiparts.com. Paste the part number in there and select vw under manufacturer. If the part is used on VW's, it will pull up. This one didn't.

Passat won't work, the Passat rear suspension is closer to what you'd find on a B6 or C5.

Alrite got a knuckle assembly but its missing the bottom bushing that goes into the lower control arm, no is this bushing a 2 piece bushing set like a inner and outter or no?

Are you talking about the bushing that the camber adjustment bolt goes into? If so, then yes. It's a two piece bushing that is a press fit.

Looks like this:

You need to buy two, one for each side of the hole in the knuckle.

Yep! I was able to press them into my knuckle using only the vice on my bench. You're welcome!
