not to have that person get in your S4 again. I would try some normal interior cleaner maybe some windex since it can be sudsy

If its dirt, anything gets it out. But chances are by "scuff" you mean it actually scratched the plastic. My girlfriend did that shit to my glove box with her purse once. From then on, she or the purse ride in the trunk.

Try a magic eraser on the kick panel. For dirt and general interior cleaning I recommend the chemical guys interior cleaner; doesn't leave a wet or greasy residue, doesn't leave a smell and works on all surfaces.

Magic eraser by me clean. One of the best things I have in my detail arsenal. Can get out paint transfer on bumpers, scuff marks etc. just spray a little APC or degreaser and then scrub.
