So of course, I buy a used 1999 Audi A4 and am doing a bunch of maintenance work to make it a solid daily driver. The auxiliary water pump appears to be cracked along with the hoses that connect to it.

I found the auxiliary water pump part numbers already but am struggling on the hoses... Anyone happen to have the part numbers for this so I can get everything on order?

Unless I should just get bulk hoses and cut to length my own hoses...

1999 Audi A4
2.8 V6

Thanks for any advice

Don't most people just yank and toss these?

I was reading about how you can bypass them but wasn't sure if that was a smart move or not....

I do want the car to be a strong daily driver

If the next B5 I get has one I'm yanking it. Mine never had one to begin with and live in hottest city in the nation, never had an issue even close.

How is this place fcpeuro? They seem to make a solid front control arm kit that's affordable... I will be calling them tomorrow!
