New Head unit in a 06 A4

I'm putting a Sony MEX-GS600BT in my B7 non bose and have it connected with the PAC harness below and I get sound from the front speakers, low sound from the rear and I don't hear anythign out if the factory sub in the back. Does anyone have any ideas?

Here is how I have it wired. The wires circled in blue are what I disconnected to use the RCA's for the rear since they don't work with out it.

plus a $20 plug and play and you didnt even have to splice any wires.

I posted in the forum asking what i needed and posted what I had but I neve saw a response.

Soes the 4st link you post take care of the whole wiring kit including steering wheel controls? if so i'd rather just swap what i have with that since it's not much more.
