I'm planning to replace my exhaust with AWE track edition, will it affect my current Audi warranty?

depends on your dealer, if anything it would only affect warranty for any exhaust related problems.... Ask them

Shouldn't affect anything. Even cats/sensors as cats are still forward of downpipes on track exhaust.

I'm switching from awe to Capristo next month and can foresee them declining warranty if the valves screw up as those were modified (albeit very minor) with AWE install.

FYI the downpipes are a massive bitch to remove. Get the downpipe removal tool when you order your track from AWE.

Edit: misread - you only need downpipe tool if you are putting on track extreme or touring. The track is a snap - you can DIY in about 1.5 hours.

Thanks!.. I'll have my shop install it.

My dealer said it won't cause issues with their warranty coverage. They did say they are no longer installing APR mods with cars under warranty.
