The other day I heard somthing rattling around in the engine bay so I popped my hood and noticed the upper cover of the timing belt was completely off and just sitting there. Previous owner used some type of adhesive or sealant to keep it on, I noticed the little t shaped area at the top right that says lock/unlock has blank and didnt have anything in it to keep it locked.

Does anyone know the part number of whatever it is that is supposed to lock the cover? I asked a few vendors but didnt have any luck.

Thanks

Believe it or not, this is not sold as spare 06D109108C about $80 for the entire cover including the clip and door
Since audi has changed the design and the door is gone but if you want to upgrade, you need to change upper and lower parts

Thanks Phil

Hopefully I can find one at a junkyard as I dont want to shell out 80$ for all that when I only need the screw

If anyone happens to have a spare or anything please let me know!
