are these the ones featuring the s4 non rubber dampening? if so, it doesnt say it in you description like the other ones do

yea, I noticed that after I posted. lol.

so why do they advertise the others as "s4 non - rubber dampening? guess they are the same, just different wording.

There is a difference in design see the image below. Typical A4 tie rod ends have rubber dampeners, this particular style does not though.
