Hi guys,

I got my car repaired at Audi dealership yesterday to repair a broken oil filter housing gasket (they didn't jacked it). I started the car at the dealer and just when I hit the road I notice the front right wheel bearing was starting to fail. I can hear a drill noise from 35 to 50 mph. I read on the Audi receipt and they had to test drived my car. I'm sure they broke the bearing in the driveway on big men hole or next to the sidewalk and they didn't pay attention to that. I argued with the service guy and he told me the bearing doesn't break like that and they want to charge me a massive 550$ to repair it.

I'm frustrated about that and I want them to replace the broken part. The car was in them hands.

Is there any ways I can prosecute the dealership for that ?

Doubtful unless you have hard proof that they damaged it due to neglect.
