FS: 2000 Stage 3- S4 6MT Project car . Parts Included. (http://www.panjo.com/buy/fs-2000-stage-3-s4-6mt-project-car-parts-included-154793)

For sale is my 2000 light metallic silver S4. This car has about 164,000 miles, but the interior and body is in great shape. I purchased this car as a project with a blown driver side headgasket. At the time of the purchase , the blown head gasket was not a known problem. I went through a small list of issues and fixed them to try and have ready for an upcoming out of town show. About a week prior to finishing up a good list of repairs( including a timing belt service , water pump, with all upper seals and gaskets), I found out the car has had a blown driver side gasket the whole time. No big deal, and I actually have had intentions of putting the car back together and keeping it for a while, but I have recently decided to go a different route and want to sell it. This car does have a clean title and has never been wrecked. The heads have already been pulled , hot tanked, line honed, resurfaced, 3 angle valve job, brand new valve guides and valve stem seals installed and machined by a reputable machine shop in Maryville, TN. All gaskets and parts needed to do the head job is included in this sale.
For the money, this is a great deal for a project car. This car aleady has BW K04's, RS4 intercoolers and up pipes, GIAC Stage 3- software for K04's using a 5 BAR FPR. It has an South Bend Clutch single mass flywheel and stage 3 daily clutch. The transmission was rebuilt at 122,000 miles and shifts perfect. Sliders and Hub synchronizer updates were installed at time of rebuild. The body is in great shape . I had a PDR guy push four dents out last spring, and the car now has NO dents . The paint is still in fantastic shape. ALL LIGHTING WORKS. I have all three lower grilles and fog lights intact in boxes in my den. The bumper is hanging a little on the sides due to not being mounted all the way. I just slid the bumper on slightly for the time being .

List of repairs done to car when I purchased it ( all of these parts literally have 4 miles on them) :
- New OEM radiator
- New Lower radiator hose
- All coolant hardpipe orings under intake manifold
- NEW PCV Breather gasket
- All brand New timing belt parts including new OEM tensioner and roller studs and bolts

- New front brake pads and Rotors

List of New parts included in the sale:
- Rebuilt cyl. heads

**All hardware for the whole project is bagged and labeled in detail to make assembly a whole lot easier
** All parts are boxed and organized in detail to avoid any annoying bullshit during assembly.

It does also need a heater core replacement , this is also included in the sale.

The car drives and feels great, the clutch engages nicely, brakes feels great, and has new tires.

** I can send additional photos of the new parts to those serious about purchasing.

Its a project, but just think, get the head job and heater core knocked out, and the car is literally done. All parts are already included ( even less money to spend). Everything else has been gone through . Everything else works. NO DIAGNOSING time consuming annoying issues with this project! AND the body and interior are in excellent condition.

Asking $4500.00, which is less than what I paid for the car, not including machine work and parts.

I work out of town a lot , text is the best way to get in touch with me : ( 865 ) 604-8137 , and keep in mind, Sunday is the best day for me to meet and show the car.

Contact me, we'll make a deal, and bring a trailer!

How long has the car been sitting with the heads off?

Heads were pulled in June of 2014. Both a compression check and cylinder leak down were done to confirm that #6 cylinder was leaking into the coolant system. All other cylinders showed 170 - 180 psi compression ( except for #6 of course due to leaking head gasket ). The compression test was done just to confirm that the bottom end is good. After pulling the heads and rotating the bottom end, everything turned over smoothly and all cylinder walls look great.
