How many times today have you found an arbitrary reason to go for a ride? After 6 months and 7,000 miles I still average 2 arbitrary rides per day. For the first two months it was about 5 per day.

I have had it for 4 days and gone on 6 arbitrary rides LOL. I am about to take it out right now because I need wax and don't feel like taking the maxima out.

Thanks guys! I am thinking about wrapping the rear spoiler in carbon fiber, so now the question is do I remove it and wrap or just do it as it is, and if I do remove it then how is that done without screwing it all up?

its fairly easy to remove i beleve 4 screws i would remove it .I tried wrapping my 997 turbo front valance on car ruined most material took it off and did it much easier in one shot!I would pull it off and leave car turned off until you finish reinstall and then start car just incase there is a calibration or adaption issue

Grats on the new beast! Why don't you order a CF spoiler?
Congrats and welcome to the Rs7 club (or, Dbaggers club as some of us call it) :)

I engaged in a bit of douchebaggery earlier. New black 911 Carrera 4S got to study my license plate and fancy RS badge this afternoon. Then it got better. De-badged, new, red M3 must have seen me from a long ways off, because I saw his headlights coming behind me at a high rate of speed. I love situations like this, because few things give me greater joy than waiting for the right moment to nail it, then accelerating off to the sunset before the other car overtakes you. Red M3 set up like a perfectly served tennis ball to a 28 year old John McEnroe (but I'm 44 and suck at tennis). He abruptly got off at the next exit. If I had some of those pickup truck bull testicles they'd be on my car right now.[emoji83][emoji90][emoji100]
Apologies for high jacking the thread. Your new RS7 is beautiful and expect to commit crimes.

No worries! I had some similar fun with a Panamera turbo S the other day, as well as with my friends GTR on a ~16-17 psi map and some a-holes in an old truck who wouldn't let me merge. Good stuff, destroyed both the panamera and the truck, and kept up with GTR from 40-100. After 100 his car was INSANE.

Haven't yet had the pleasure of teeing it up with a Panamera turbo or turbo S. I often feel like my car is kryptonite to the kinds of cars it needs to see up close. Too often it's Altimas, Suburbans and Sonatas all around me. Glad you represented us well.
Planning on getting some 100 octane race fuel and taking mine to the strip this fall to see if I can't improve on the 10.6 slips I've seen on Audizine.
