How can oem peelers be so inexpensive? [confused]

I'd like to see proof that they are OEM Audi Peelers. Shouldn't they say Speedline if they're OEM? I'm just a VW guy so I'm not sure but if they're truly OEM I'm interested even if they need some repair.
