2009 Audi S5 question

My mom has this model S5 and she wants to listen to Spotify from her phone while driving. I can connect the phone via Bluetooth but it only accepts it as a phone, not as a media device. Anyone know how to use the phone as a media device. I could not find an aux port anywhere btw
