Hey guys,

I am trying to wire a dash cam, but having difficulty doing so. I am hoping someone might be able to assist.
My dash cam hardwire kit requires a Black (ground), a Red (Positive), and a Yellow which is to be connected to ACC in order to stay on 30-60 minutes after the car is shut off in order to use the parking mode on it.

I found a positive source, I have found a ground as well (screw to chassis), but I do not know where to tap into for ACC that stays on for 30-60 minutes after the car is shut off.
Can someone please advise.

Thank you.

Are you looking for a source that stays hot for 30 minutes after you turn off the car, or just an ignition source?

I have had this set up for the past month or so and working perfectly.

I used Fuse #11 in Bank C (which should be empty since its for rear windshield wiper if I am not mistaken) unless you have a cab. This is the Constant ON. Used with one of these: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001QRSBW0/ref=olp_product_details?ie=UTF8&me=
I used Fuse #5 in Bank A (which should be for Soundaktor). This is the Non-Constant ON. Used with one of these: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0002BGELQ/ref=olp_product_details?ie=UTF8&me=

Note that the slot closest to the wire sticking out is the one for the additional fuse. The slot closest to the metal pins is the one for the original fuse.
