Hey everyone! We had a video shoot a few weeks ago to feature our club. We want to give a big thank you to everyone who came to our Sunday meeting and joined the cruise. Enjoy the eye candy!

About ACOC:
The three founders (Jason, Alice, and Kris) started this club because it was not just a great way of sharing their passion for Audis, but also to connect with people who share their love of modifying cars. Over time, the meets have grown larger and larger, and more of the members started becoming close friends. While the club provides a great way for people to truly see a vast array of modified Audis (everything from B5s to B8.5s are there, including some surprise visits from C7 S6s, TTs, and even R8s from time to time), it is also a great way of meeting other people. This went from a 'car club' to a community, with people coming to the meets to not only check out some of the mods on the cars that they were considering for purchase, but also to catch up with friends and join the lovely cruise through the Santiago Canyons. Part of the reason we grew so much is because our community is composed of a very diverse group of people - we equally welcome both hardcore gear-heads and people who are new to the world of cars. So no matter if you just got your first Audi and have no idea what to do for your first mod - or if you are a hardcore track star - stop by our clubs every second Sunday of the month to see what we are about!
About the Meets:
Our meets, dubbed "Wheels and Waffles," is every second Sunday of the month. The reason we call it that is because we meet up at Euro Cafe at 8:30 by South Coast Plaza. Early birds can get a delicious Euro breakfast from there until more members show up and we head out for the cruise at around 10 am. From there we drive to the gorgeous Santiago canyon back roads to soak in the sun and sights. The cruise is very laid back and rowdy behavior is discouraged (many of our members bring their little ones so safety is our number one priority). As you can see in the video, these cruises are very fun and can be a great way to destress after a long week of work!
About the Video:
We decided to do the video is because we wanted to showcase some of the beautiful cars that typically come to our meets, and how much fun we have in the canyons together. The group dynamic is what makes it so fun - you have your friends cruising right by your side as you caravan through Orange County back roads. Being surrounded by modified Audis with roaring exhausts, sticky tires, and decked out suspension through the canyons is an experience in and of itself. The video was shot guerrilla style. The camera guy and driver (friends of the ACOC admins) did everything on-the-fly. They took their camera car (a Mazda with a tire scorching 185 hp) and followed all the Audis through the cruise while the camera guy was in the back seat filming out his window. There is also a smattering of sexy Go-Pro footage in the canyons to show our quattro cars putting in work!
