This happened about a week ago, I turned my car on and I could hear the wind my fan was producing from how fast it was spinning. it gets really noticeable at around 2500 rpm and so loud at around 3500 that people walking down the sidewalk would look towards my car to see what the noise is. Anyways I have looked under my hood and couldn't find anything out of the ordinary. My belt is fine but it looks like whatever is spinning it is a little wacky. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!
I have a video of my fan at idle revs, and if that helps I can post it.

x2, 3 of my fanblades turned to missiles once, took out the rad and a coolant hose. Swap before its too late
