For non iPhone users what is best way to charge usb phones?

i just use the cig adapter in the center console with my iPhone since i use it to stream, the MMI doesn't allow BT audio and the phone to be plugged in at the same time lol

Get a cigarette lighter charger w/ dual usb ports. I charge my Samsung with the USB and Ipad when the misses is streaming the WIFI. Has been working great for over a year.
