once had one in my Mr clean easy dry.... worked well, but product was discontinued.
Made the rinse awesome... no spots.. you just took your car for a rip or parked it in the sun and car looked nice.

Swamp cooler inline filters will remove some minerals if the water flow isn't very high. Filters that remove calcium at the source are both expensive with a low capacity.
Try looking apswater.com
I have water softener on the pool that I drag a hose around to. Takes me from 17 grains to 1.
I wonder if a touch of JetDry in the hose end sprayer will work. LOL

Home Depot. I bought one of those under the counter filters and found a brass adapter, some hose fittings and a short piece of hose (all at Home Depot) that allowed me to attach the filter to the outside faucet and the hose to the filter. The filters claim to even remove chlorine and are inexpensive.

Sorry - don't visit this thread often.
Didn't see a number on the unit but the filters indicate they are made to fit GXWH04F and GXWH205 filter units.

can you elaborate on the actual product name and adapters that you got? I was at home depot looking for something similar and even asked the staff, came up empty handed. They said they dont sell water purifiers that adapt to a hose unit???

The unit is a General Electric GXWH04F, made for under counter sink use. My local store has them in the same aisle as sinks. I bought this a few years ago, it's possible there is a newer unit they will have this one or similar in stock.
Walk it over to the plumbing area and look through the brass fittings until you find a pair that fit the standard pipe threads on the unit and adapt for standard male and female water hose couplings.
At Home Depot I found an approx 8" length of garden hose that had an on/off valve built in, which I placed between the faucet and the unit to make it easy to connect / disconnect to faucet on side of house.
I would post pics but apparently don't have the capability to add attachments to my posts.
