This is a pretty simple question. I am currently running the 630cc Maestro file and I am thinking about going to the next file up with GT3076R or a GTX3071R - GTX3076R. Has anyone run the 870cc file and if so how did you like it and its drivability? If I go to this file I plan on using Bosch EV14 850cc injectors over the Deka injectors. They are both rated at 80lb hr.

thanks

its a base file. they will all run and drive fine. i had rich spots in the base line tune.

Just input your new BVC and injector constant and it should get you going.

You might want to just consider going to a 1000cc file, this way you will have plenty of fuel for any changes later on and there won't be any difference in idle if you go with the EV14 1000cc injectors or Bosch Racing 1000cc injectors.

Poopie I have the AEB. I know the AEB ECU does not have all the control and functions of the later wideband setups. I am wondering if fuel injector constant and BVC is things that can be done on the AEB? I really have yet to dive into Maestro yet.

Mike I am honestly wondering if I really need the 850z? I have heard that with the AEB you never get 100% out of the injectors. I am running Siemens Deka 630cc injectors with 4 bar FPR so they are flowing a bit more then 630. I guess what I am wondering is how much potential does the 630s have and how much more will I gain with 850z and 1000z? Roughly? I am pretty locked in on either running a GT3071R or a GT3076R. Possibly a GTX3071R or GTX3076R.

the 630s at 4 bar should flow over 400whp easily.

yes, you can change the BVC and IC with the aeb. just cross reference the part number of your injectors and you should be able to find the bvc charts and such. This is the first part of messing with a maestro file so you can tweak your short term and long term fuel trims. you want them as close to zero as possible.

You are better off running larger injectors at 3 bar then pushing smaller injectors harder at 4 bar, less stress and higher flow from the fuel pump at lower pressure.

How much boost you plan on running out of the 30r? Just think if you plan on pushing 30psi you are going to end up with fuel pressure that will be 88psi if you run a 4 bar base fuel pressure, at 3 bar you will only be at 73.5psi.
