I am selling my well maintained, garage kept, 2011 Audi S4 with 29,922 miles. The vehicle was driven less than 5,000 miles in the last year and a half.I am the first, and only owner of this car. The last oil change was done at 28,748 at Audi of Conshohocken. Below are the specs that I ordered the car with:

I doubt that I'd part it out. I've been through that process in the past and it's a huge pain. The rims would be easy enough, everything else is a choir. I have all the stock parts except the exhaust.
