GIAC’s software switching is the quickest, most seamless program switching option available for VWs and Audis on the market. Users can switch programs on the fly with a single push of a button, and without the need to cycle their ignition. Fully loaded offerings include a GIAC Flashloader Handheld Program Switcher and all available switching modes (unless otherwise noted):

Available Options in addition to 91/93 octane performance modes:



Stock: reverts vehicle to stock-like performance levels
Race: higher performance calibrated for 100 (or more) octane. Race can be used with 50/50 water meth on some models
Valet: Zero boost & lazy throttle response make the car more of a burden than a joy to drive.
Kill (not available on TSI models): Security mode that keeps the engine from being started with Kill mode activated.

Whoops. S6/S7 are back on sale as a DSG+ECU combo for $2000.00 MSRP (normally $2200.00).

All DSG files now have an updated drive mode that has remapped shift patterns in drive mode, while retaining softer shifting than sport mode.

Just wondering, in the S6 4.0T dyno chart, why are the stock HP and TQ the same for both 91 and 100 octane ?

Do you have to remove the ECU for this tune ? Or is it through the OBD port ?

Lastly, is this DSG + ECU combo available in Singapore ?

We did not test the stock file on 100 octane.

For the first flash, the ECU must be removed to be unlocked. Then it can be flashed through the OBD2 port. That is the only way any tuner can do it at this point in time. The DSG is OBD2 flashed.

Ok this is just plain teasing.... I actually was going to assume the tune would be more dramatic the the 991 TT-S as well but mind blowing means I know where you work and will stalk your laptop for the OBDII update LOL.
