Does anyone know where I might source a set, perhaps from a wrecked car?
When I owned a Quattroporte, the popular source for these types of items was "Exotic Auto Recylcing" - http://www.exoticautorecycling.com/

Does anything like that exist for Audi?

I think the same seats are in the (2008) R8 and (2007) S6, FWIW. They are definitely comfy :)
